The most popular variety of mango in Thailand is the Namdokmai, and it’s easy to see why. Aside from its pleasing light-yellow skin, its flesh is melt-in-your-mouth soft and has very little fibre. It’s commonly used to make the famous Thai mango sticky rice dessert, so it’s definitely very sweet!
